To add this sidebar section with image, do the following: 1) go to Widgets under Appearance, 2) drag the Text widget under the sidebar column on the right, 3) add text, 4) (optional) to add photo - upload image into your Media files, copy file URL, in Text widget add < img src="http://fileURL" > above or below text 5) Click Save
